ACTvF Earns Top Scores on 2009-2010 Learning Environment Surveys

The results of the NYC DOE's 2008-2009 Learning Environment Surveys of all schools are in and we are proud to report that on academic expectations, communication and engagement we received the #1 score of all regular four-year high schools in NYC!!! Our survey results were compared to approximately 330 other high schools.

Ribbon Cut on 4000 sq. ft. Soundstage at ACTvF

In September 2010, the ribbon was cut on a fully functional 4000 sq. ft. movie studio at ACTvF. This facility represents the only fully functional soundstage in a NYC public school. Students in advanced production courses are using this facility for a wide range of ambitious production projects.
