Advisory In order to foster the development of meaningful relationships which support student success, every ACTvF student belongs to an advisory. In addition to providing a forum for positive peer group recognition, supporting the social and emotional development of students, and building a sense of community, advisors advocate for their students at ACTvF and beyond. Advisories meet 4 times a week to monitor and support students' progress. Advisors communicate regularly with parents to coordinate efforts between the school and home to support academic success.
